Before you shop

Product Selection
On the product details page, select the color, size and quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" or "MAKE TO ORDER" button.
*Please note that after adding an item to your cart, it will be automatically removed from the cart after a certain period of time (30 minutes) has passed. -
Log in
Before placing your order, you must log in. Please enter your registered email address and password.
*If you are already logged in, you can skip this screen and proceed to the next screen.
*If you have not yet registered as a member, you will need to complete the process on the "New Member Registration Screen." -
Product price and payment
Please pay the total amount including the displayed price for each product, consumption tax, shipping fee, and bank transfer fee.
You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

*Only available in bulk.

About shipping
Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport .
Delivery of products is limited to within Japan only.
* On the shipping date, we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been shipped to the email address you registered. Domestic shipping is free. -
Returns, changes, cancellations and repairs for orders
・Please note that we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order, except for returns or exchanges, except for defective products or incorrect shipments. In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, please be sure to contact us by email within 7 days. After receiving your contact, we will explain how to return the product and receive a refund. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.
・For any alterations or repairs to the products you have purchased, please use a nearby remodeling store. Core Jewels stores do not accept alterations or repairs. Thank you for your understanding.
